On the Ukrainian Easter
God Almighty, 

please, protect Ukraine

and all its people

in all the lands, 

on their ways 

through the winds and the sands, 

to real Freedom and Independence.

Oh, dear Lord, 

please, stop the war, 

sharing the Easter Bread of the Body of Yours, 

indicate the course

to save the lives and the fates, 

at the simple rate

of the eggs, horseradish and salt, 

put at halt

all the cannons, rockets and guns, 

for the sake of the Easter buns, 

for the sake of the Human Rights, 

for the sake of the kids and brides, 

for the sake of the Unity of every one, 

who believes in the Light of the Son, 

who, much brighter than the rays of the Sun, 

has won.
